DATING (AND THE SEARCH FOR LOVE)

Lisa is currently developing and performing her one-woman musical show, called “Dating (And The Search For Love).”
The show is a 90 minute piece - set in the context of a dating support group - that focuses on the trials and tribulations of being ‘out there’ in search of love (and exploring whether or not it’s worth it!).
All original material, the songs and monologues cover a range of subjects and musical styles - from a comic, jazzy song about being loved no matter your size (“He Likes Me Fat - Like That”), to an irreverent rock tune about your bland neighbor getting all the men (“She’s Not As Cute As Me (And She’s Getting All The Guys)”), to a heartfelt, folky tune about the fear of getting too old to attain your dream of love and companionship (“Running Out Of Time”).
